From your point of arrival, you will experience an elevated level of protection which includes mandatory temperature checking with thermal scanner, regular disinfection of high-touch areas and social distancing measures. Touch-free hand sanitizer dispensers are available at all entrances, public areas and facilities. Masks will also be worn by all our guest-facing team members.

Guest Arrival, Self-isolation and quarantine policy

Please note that Gumaya Tower Hotel is not accepting any guests that are self-isolating or quarantining. And for the safety of everyone, Guest who enter the hotel area are required to scan the barcode from PeduliLindungi.

The conditions of entry to the hotel are as follows:

• Guests are not in self-isolation or quarantine, or awaiting Covid-19 test results.
• Guests have not been in close contact with a confirmed Covid-19 case, or someone in self-isolation or awaiting Covid-19 test results.
• Guests do not have any cold or flu-like symptoms, such as fever, coughing or sneezing, difficulty breathing, sore throat and fatigue.

Gym and Swimming Pool Facilities

In accordance with the health protocol, the use of gym and swimming are restricted. Please make an advance reservation by indicating your preferred times lot before visiting the gym and swimming pool at Gumaya Tower Hotel to ensure social distancing and a safe experience for all.

Guestrooms, Dining Venues and Meeting Spaces 

All areas within the hotel are cleaned and sanitized with disinfectant. All guest rooms and meeting rooms undergo deep cleaning, sanitisation and disinfection. Hand sanitizers are also available in each floor.

To minimize contact, our breakfast have been replaced with food stall with staff serving in each stall  to avoid contamination.

Gumaya Tower Hotel have received the CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability) certification by Ministry of Tourism and Creative of the Republic Indonesia which certifies the high standards of environmental public hygiene.
